Art Car 2025: Day 6 (March 24)

At the beginning of the day on Monday, we entered the studio to paint the eyes, horns, and teeth which will be applied to the car later in the week. Additionally, we focused on applying the final patches of fur on the car. These activities took all morning.

Specialist Sloan was so proud. She thinks there could be some future art teachers amongst us!

In the afternoon, we had a group of middle school visitors. We split them up into two groups of six. One group worked on gluing the loose patches of fur and finishing up the exterior of the car, while the others helped paint the foam objects.

Overall, today was a very productive day. We made great progress toward finishing our art project.

Kind Regards,
